Bakbakan UK is fully committed to actively maintaining training opportunities for all members during the Covid pandemic. Our standard training structure enables extensive independent training during this time and our instructors are able to provide specific bespoke training for any member wishing to continually progress in their development.
All Bakbakan UK Members are entitled to free Zoom training with Punong Guro Peter Lewis during the closure of classes.

Solo training in front of a mirror is an excellent method for developing the technical accuracy of all Bakbakan Kali techniques.
HEAVY BAG TRAINING
Striking the heavy bag will support improved impact power, as well as increasing wrist and grip strength.
HEAVY ROPE TRAINING
Striking the heavy rope with full power significantly enhances speed, impact power and cardiovascular endurance.
IRON BAR TRAINING
Used with caution, the iron bar can greatly increase strength throughout the entire motion of the technique.
